2018 marks our 5th Anniversary committed to the Living Wage movement. Since 2013 Ritherdon decided to take a further step in our vision to create prosperity for all and the company became certified as a living wage employer by the Living Wage Foundation.
True to our principles and our purpose of creating prosperity for all, long before the national living wage became a reality in our country Ritherdon have been paying more than the minimum wage for years. We hope that by doing our bit we can really help create prosperity for all.
