Dear Sir or Madam
We have taken the decision to close our factory today and for the foreseeable future. We have done this to protect our staff and, also, to help with the national effort in combatting the Covid-19 outbreak.
Our administrative departments (sales, purchasing, technical and accounts) are continuing to work from home. So, it is still possible to communicate with us in the usual ways:

If you currently have an order placed with us, we will get back in touch with you as soon as we know when the factory will reopen. If you have an order to place and it is not needed urgently, please still send it in and, when production is about to restart, we will contact you with a delivery date.
Supporting Others at this Time
Finally, if you need one of our products (or potentially any sheet metalwork) for an emergency project, especially ones related to dealing with the current Covid-19 outbreak, please contact us. We would be able to restart production at very short notice, if necessary.
