Ritherdon will be out of the office tomorrow for our Company Engagement Day, Friday 10th of May. We are making time as a company to come together and plan for the future. It’s an important day for our company, to reflect on what we’ve achieved these past two years since our first event. The day will start with presentations from our directors, followed by group activities. We will be celebrating our recent achievements and planning for our future success together.
During the last event, we all agreed on words and behaviours that help achieve success. These words were dedication, integrity, consideration, communicating positively and listening respectfully. We will be doing just that on the day, listening to each other and sharing all our ideas. Together we will turn these ideas into actions for excellence and continued future success.
