We have taken the decision to close our factory today and for the foreseeable future. We have done this to protect our staff and, also, to help with the national effort in combatting the COVID-19 outbreak. Our administrative departments (sales, purchasing, technical and accounts) are continuing to work from home. So, it is still possible to communicate with us in the usual ways.
All Ritherdon enclosures, feeder pillars and cabinets are made from stainless steel and available in three different grades: 4003, 304 and 316 to suit different applications and locations. Ritherdon developed and tested the FireSeal back in 2012. Since then we’ve supplied quite a few made to measure FireSeals of various sizes. The FireSeal reinstates acceptable fire protection for old meter boxes – and other boxes, such as junction boxes, or apertures that may need to be covered. Here’s an example where an old meter
