The A to Z of Ritherdon
As designers and manufacturers of multi purpose Stainless Steel Electrical Enclosures, Ritherdon offer a wide variety of different products within range, so it’s sometimes hard to know where to start when talking about our products, so this year we are beginning our A to Z of Ritherdon campaign, working through the products and services we offer.
So to start, we are looking at our Atlas Retention Sockets and our BT Pegs and BT Termination Pillars.
"A" for Atlas Retention Sockets
The Atlas Retention Socket is a secure foundation system that makes it easy to remove and replace a column without excavation.
The Atlas has an isometric clamping mechanism (i.e. equal pressure across the circumference of the pole). The superior grip of the Atlas clamp prevents pole rotation in high wind locations, making the Atlas socket the strongest gripping socket on the market.
The Atlas Retention Socket is designed to remain in the ground undamaged following a knockdown of the pole.

"B" for BT Terminal Interface Pillars and BT Pegs
Also known as the BT Communications Pillar, the Ritherdon BT Terminal Interface Pillar was designed for housing remote monitoring equipment safely away from the signal controller.
The Ritherdon BT Termination Peg is a replacement for existing corroded “Pegs” which are usually located next to the signal controller cabinets.
