We are proud to announce that the fourth member of the Ritherdon family has joined the family business. Ben Ritherdon started at Ritherdon at the end of 2008 and has recently been appointed Marketing Director.
Ritherdon was set up in 1895 by Ben’s great-grandfather, Percy Ritherdon and remains a family business. Percy’s son Roland took over at the Company in the 1930s and Ben’s father and current MD, Howard Ritherdon, joined in the 1960’s.
Prior to joining Ritherdon, Ben spent several years in academic research, followed by 6 years of research and development work in the nuclear industry at UKAEA in Oxfordshire.
