Our goal is to be innovative and to do so we aim to develop new products throughout the year. This is the case of the Temporary Builders Supply Kiosk. Its purpose is to provide a place for the equipment for a temporary electrical connection to be kept safe, secure and protected from the external environment.
Ritherdon developed this two-door cabinet, in collaboration with Electricity North West. They are company in responsible for the distribution network local to us, here in the North West. The cabinet has independent access to each door and fitted backboards ready for electrical equipment. It is designed to house a meter on one side of the enclosure and give access to electricity supplier and DNO and another side for the equipment that the end user needs. Using this enclosure allows the metering of a new electrical connection.
The cabinet includes lifting lugs that allow the enclosure to be easily moved as needed. Made from stainless steel, it is a durable, easy to transport, cost-effective solution for establishing a temporary electrical connection to your site. An alternative to building a brick kiosk to house the electrical connection. After the works are done, you can unbolt the cabinet and use it again for the next job! It is designed for repeated use and will withstand the tough conditions of a construction site. You might get a few dents along the way! It won’t affect the cabinet as it will remain intact and perform as well as on the first day. The Temporary Builders Supply Kiosk will keep your equipment secure, safe and protected.
