We’re committed to being an excellent manufacturer and as part of this goal, we set out to place the CE marking our products. So far, this year we could CE Mark:
- RB Cabinets: general purpose outdoor enclosures
- RH Pillars: hinged door feeder pillars
- Orion Retention Sockets, our pole installation devices
The project will carry on next year as we aim to CE Mark some new products that are being developed as we speak!
To achieve this mark, as manufacturers we must carry out conformity assessment procedures. Each one will vary depending on the product and relevant EU regulations it must meet.
It isn’t a quality mark, it signifies that the product is aligned with harmonised standards. This allows comparison between products and peace of mind that it meets standards.
The CE marked products conform to European Directives as you can see in the declarations of conformity. The CE Marking is necessary for manufacturers selling in the European Economic Area. We look forward to bringing our products to the continent through our distributors in 2017.
